COCONUT MILK CURRY Recipe

  INGREDIENTS
1 small can of coconut milk ,6 mushrooms small (soaked in cold water r 20 min)then cut into 6 small peices, 1 small potato(and skin removed & boiled) cut into pieces,1 onion small cut into pieces,1 tomato small cut into pieces,4 baby corn(par-boil)cut into 4 pieces,salt to taste,1 green chilli slit into half,curry pwd-1/2tsp,coriander leaves afew,oliveoil-1tbsp,salt to taste.

  METHOD
1.Take a wok pour oil in wok add slit greenchiilies sautee.
2.Add the mushroom & veggies onion,tomato ,potato& baby corn and mix well.
3.Add the can of coconut milk and mix well .
3.Add curry pwd and salt &let it simmer r a while.
4.Dont let the coconut milk boil too much it vil split.
5.Once done garnish with coriander and serve with hot steamed rice.
