| INGREDIENTS | INGRIDIENTS:
Fresh Chicken : 1kg
Tomato purie : 750 gm fresh tomato boiled
and get the purie.
Capsicum : 200 gm (finely chopped in length)
Green Chilly : 8 piece (finely chopped in length)
Garlic : 50gm (paste)
Ginger : 25 gm (paste)
Garam Masala : 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilly powder: 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : to taste
Refined Oil : 2 table spoon
| METHOD | METHOD :
Put the oil in the pan heat it.Add ginger garlic paste
and stir.After leaving oil from the paste add chicken and
salt in it and stir.After 15 min. put the capsicum, green chilly and masalas in it,than cover it n cook on low flame.
After 15 min.add the tomato purie cooked it till
the gravy get thicked.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
