  INGREDIENTS
1cup parboiledrice,1cup redrice 2handfull of uraddhal,1tsp fenugreek seeds,1pocket of mixed sprouts(available in all supermarkets),salt to taste,1 green chilly,1 cup corianderleaves,1 cup curryleaves,1 cup mint leaves

  METHOD
soak rice,dhal&fenugreek together for 2 hours grind it softly add salt let it ferment overnight next day morning grind all the remaining ingredients in the mixie and add to the batter make crispy dosa it goes well with coconut chutney
