This course celebrates the miracle and the mystery of conceiving, creating and birthing a child. Each lesson includes experiential instruction in breathing methods, which eases the delivery process, yoga postures to increase flexibility and stamina, and relaxation techniques designed to help the woman maintain centred awareness while facing the challenges of childbirth. During the 6-week course, expectant parents will lear n about nourishing the body, mind and spirit of the family. Lessons will include infor mation on:
