Views on Article - Balance Child and Work

Its a simple article. However, its a balancing act to juggle both work and home. Especially when kids are involved there is special effort required and things may not fit into a routine at all times. Often wonder the thoughts of a woman who has done it all. Would appreciate if an experienced mother would pen her views on her experiences on managing both fronts (who has retired from work and grown up children now).

I agree with what u said.But it is not reasonable to say that stay at home mothers r doing nothing for their kids.

I agree that working women always not have enough time to spend with their family. Sometime I must bring and finish my work at home. I feel it is very difficult to balance both the side.I must try and learn more how to be a good working mother.

I find little difficult to balance both the sides, adjustment for the arthodux family, working and taking care of a small girl, finds very problemetic for me...

No Shreya , Its not really that tough . Its just the way u take things. Take it cool, and realize the difference. I feel one good tip related to the mater cld be -- whenever u r back home with ur kid, be back leaving all ur tensions of work at ur work place only. Get that zeal of enjoying the company of ur kid within urself after work and go home with it. Then see the difference. U will find it not that tough :):)

This are very good tips for espically working moms. But i feel it is little hard to balance both the side, I mean going to work and looking after the kids...
