To the hello people chick- Doctor's don't know everything (don't tell them that) it is a very good idea to get advice from those who have fought the battle of pregnancy and know firsthand how deal with it. I am a healthcare worker and have learned a lot about pregnancy through the internet, friends, family, etc. that our doctor failed to mention. Sounds like you probably don't know what you are talking about!

The greatest thing about the internet is that it is a wealth of information and support. Your attitude is not. Didn't your mother ever tell you if you have nothing nice to say then keep your mouth shut. This is the biggest problem with American's today - their arrogance. To Mexican Girl, If you have a doctor You should discuss this with your doctor. If you have had chicken pox you are immune to it and it should not affect you but check with your doctor. If you do not have a doctor try to go to a clinic if possible. Good luck!

I am 12week pregnant woman. Only when I am sleeping, I feel pain on stomach when I change from one position to another. I had some blooding, last wednesday was the last time. I am trying to avoid any kind of exercise, but I would like to know if I can do something to get some exercise, without causing a problem to my baby. Also my 3 years old son has chickenpox, I am worry about him and about my baby. How can help both?
