as a mother myself i would like to share my view to all that every child are unique and lets not worried for the complexation of the child. A proper oil massage at any suitable time when your child is happy is a must. in winter u can just close all the doors and warm up the room before massaging with warm oil. for me i prefer an olive oil. happy mothering.

Hi! I have a 2.6 year old son. I would like to share a very good baby oil i have found for him names " Sukha Hari Lal Tel" (Mftg. Allahabad, Est. since 1963).I live in Mumbai and my son till the age of 14 months was not able to walk due to some calcium deficiency and somebody recommended me on its medicinal qualities of baby oil massage.I started massaging my kid with Shukha Hari Lal Tel and the results were very evident with 2 months with a strict schedule of regular massage. I would like to suggest to the mothers of newsly born babies and even for kids upto 3 yrs. baby oil massaging is must. I started massaging my baby from the time I brought her home and she loved it. As she grew older she would roll on her back and on her stomach and gurgle with delight.It was a pleasure to watch her and I wouldn't miss it out for anything. I used johnsons baby oil to begin with but shifted to coconut oil soon.My daughter is now 3 years old and I still massage her though now its a quick one and she is standing in the bathroom plus its like a 30 sec massage maybe thrice or four times a week. I think it not only makes skin supple but also brings about a glow and the baby looks fresh and alert. I highly recommend an oil massage for your baby as early as possible.
