Hi ..my 7month old baby has started teething and i noticed this 4-5 days back. he was prety much fine, but for past three days he is passing loose motions 4-5 times a day ... after reading through various articles, i figured out that as babies tend to put everything in their mouth, it might lead to loose motions....but my baby has been chewing on everything for past 2-3 months ...he was absolutely fine all these days .... there is one thing that is bothering me ....a day before his loose motions started, for teh occasion of Diwali, my relatives fed him some 2-3 types sweets (very small quantity, though - 3-4 bits)...could this have triggered loose motions ...please answer my question

hi i have had diahreea for a week i feel fine except in the morning and i get home and the stool is okay untill later on it is runny again. i am 13 and worryed i have not told any one but i think i am getting better or now am i have not had diahreeah in 2 days but am still wondering the cause of this abnormal situation... it could have been a unknown virus or a normal virus.

My couson had very severe dihorea that eas ignored . It reached a stage where his urine , vowit and stols were the same- we could 'nt make out which was which. He was hospatilised and put on drips for how long - I lost count . As a child of 5 that was a traumatising experience and I vered from the hospital room prefering to stay home with the maid -whom I actually hated. He has had majpor issues with bowels - he has lost control over it and will need some surgery to control it. Anyways Juat be careful coz little things can become big bibg big !

my mother says that big harad(in the form of a paste, just enough to cocove 1/4 youir finger tip) in cold water is good for infants suffering from diarohea. the same treatment when administered in lukewarm water is good for constipation.
