    Honey is a wonder food and it has miraculous healing powers. It has immunity boosting properties so if given to kids, then it can help in building up immunity and preventing several diseases or illnesses. Small kids have poorly developed immune system so they are more susceptible to diseases. During childhood, if they are given honey regularly then it will help in making them strong internally. Many common childhood illnesses can be prevented with the help of honey such as cold, cough, some sort of allergies and even asthma to some extent.

    Honey is natural sweetener so it is best way to give in to the sweet tooth of kids. Moreover honey has antimicrobial, antifungal and bactericidal properties so it kills infections in the body. It also provides many nutrients thus is healthy. Honey should be taken daily in winters and to enhance its health giving properties, it should be taken with ginger or pepper powder.

    I would have been happy to know about this honey benefit to be included in my child's diet way before if possible but some keto diet recipes even suggest and recommend using honey for normal adults as well. SO be sure to use hone in your diets.
