Yes Food helps in curing pains and aches. My homeopathy doc says all water rich vegetables cure joint pains. They provide enough water for our body to function and grease the joints. Vegetables like Radish, Bottle gourd, Pumkin, Ash Gourd and likes will save us from joint pains if we have either of them every day.
Its a good practice to have Tulsi or ginger water everyday first thing in the morning. It will drive away cold and other indigestion issues. Even Jeera water is good.
