will yoga help me control my temper? I am constantly angry and impatient with everyone. I yell at my kids, wife and employees. I am very stressed with work which is why im always angry and impatient with everyone. What yoga exercises will help me control my anger? can someone tell me which asanas or poses i should do to manage my anger.. thanks!
