    side effects of vaccination

Every time my daughter gets her shots, she gets fever and rashes. Sometimes, there is itching also. My doctor told me these are side effects of vaccines. Should I stop giving her injections? Please advise.

Some vaccine can cause side effects, and these vary from vaccine to vaccine. There is nothing to worry. Such side effects are mild and short-lived. Stopping vaccinations due to side effects is a foolish thought. Your daughter can be susceptible to many life threatening diseases if not vaccinated.

Basically the side effects that occur due to vaccinations are minor. Pain, itching and swelling at the injection site or mild to moderate fever and general body aches and pains are some of the common side effects. These side effects are insignificant in comparison to the benefits that the vaccines provide.

I completely agree with what others have said. Vaccination prevents deadly diseases so it is your duty to get your kid vaccinated and be protected against diseases.
