Could anyone tell me them right age for admission to nursery? Some schools admit kids of 2.5 yrs age to nursery. I am confused as I think this is a very young age.

2.5 yrs is the right age for admission to nursery or playschool. Most schools have kept this age as the admission to nursery. In nursery kids do not basically do all the learning and writing but having fun learning while playing.

I think 2.5 yrs is the right age but it is upon you to decide. If you do not want to get your kid admitted at this age to a nursery, you can self teach her at home. Picture books, educational toys and cds are great for teaching at home.

I had put my son at 2.5 yrs in a nursery. At first I thought that he would not be able to adjust, but he was very happy and enjoyed a lot in school. Now he always wants to go to school and never takes a day off.
