    post pregnancy stomach exercises

    hi. i gave birth to my daughter one year back. now i have gone back to my previous weight but my stomach skin is loose and fat still. what exercises can i do in gym and what machines will help me to make my stomach tight and thin again?

    basic walking is important. so the treadmill is important. The elliptical is also important as it helps your core to stretch.

    as far as the stomach is concerned, free weights are the best. but do not exercise your stomach muscles more than thrice a week.

    More important is massaging your belly with vitamin E infused oil/cream everyday. That will tighten the skin. to lose weight, do all basic gym exercises and follow a healthy diet and u will be good.

    try a toning corset or abdominal belt!
