Howdy! I have had nothing but good experiences with Asurion when I contacted them for repairs on my appliances. I just need to call asurion customer service and their specialists immediately try to find out the cause of the breakdown and know how to fix it. And if repair is not possible, then they will definitely replace the device. I highly recommend this service, they are very helpful and their rates are pretty low compared to the cost of repairs.
