    new shoes

After giving birth I feel pain when I do sport and other activities. I start to feel pain in my ankle, and then I feel pain in the knees. The doctor says it's because my organism changes, and I need to wait, but I can't stop going to the gym and give up jogging. Is it worth buying special shoes, orthopedics or something like that, or they won't make a difference?

I think that you should ask a doctor for a recommendation. But I think that it's a good idea to buy special shoes!

I used to have the same problem some time ago, and also attended a doctor, and he recommended me to change my shoes. On this blog https://perfectshoesforyou.com/best-...for-flat-feet/ you can see best shoes for flat feet, I also bought one pair from the list, and now I feel no pain or some discomfort. I think that you also can check this article because there you can find shoes which will support your ankle, are suitable for long walks, running and other activities.

I often spoiled new shoes, after the first wash, so as not to spoil my favorite shoes https://leather-toolkits.com/reviews/best-shoe-dryers/ and keep them dry, it is advised to use special electrical appliances. There are many models of devices on the market that have a similar operating principle, but differ in price and quality. Our rating is designed to help with the selection of shoe dryers.
