Pregnancy affects vision. This is due to the changes in hormones, fluid retention, and more blood circulation. Water retention causes the thickness and curvature of the cornea of the eye to increase slightly. It's a small change but surely does affect. Eyes may become drier. Exisiting eye problems may become worse but there is nothing to worry as this is temporary.

Dental problems during pregnancy can be prevented with good oral hygiene habits. Brushing the teeth twice a day, flossing and regular visits to dentist can help in preventing tooth decay, gum diseases and other dental problems. Increase intake of vitamin D helps in calcium absorption and thus prevents loss of calcium. Eye sight problems in pregnancy can be prevented by making certain changes. Switching to softer lenses is a good idea. Visiting an eye doctor for any eye related problem helps in preventing vision problems in pregnancy.

Pregnancy causes some problems to your dental health, and that's why it is important to use the Water flosser so that your teeth can stay in the best condition. That's what I advise everyone to do.
