So nice to know that your daughter is participating in a competition and the topic is just relevant for today's times. You can teach her some lines such saving water by closing the taps and not wasting water. Try to give her simple and short sentences. Best of Luck

You can give her lines that I save water while bathing by not using shower. I don't play with water and so on.
