Hey there! Since I discovered the Ibotta app, I have been able to save on everyday purchases and even get cashback on items that I would have bought anyway. To be honest, I have never had significant problems with this application. Only a few times it happened that I was not credited with cashback, but I did not look for the ibotta phone number (https://ibotta.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html) I wrote a letter to the support service, and after they sorted everything out, I received my cashback.
