Hello to all forum users! Help me with my task, I need to extract the email addresses that I have on my computer. I've never done this before and don't even know where to start. Is there any software that can do this?

Personally, I use Atomic Email Logger https://www.massmailsoftware.com/india/extractfiles/ for this, which my friend advised me. The program is able to collect email addresses from any type of files, such as PDF, using plugin technology. Also an email address harvester designed to search for files stored on your hard drive and extract email addresses. I am sure that you will be satisfied with the result of this program.
