My experience with Wendy's was absolutely terrible, I bought oatmeal cookies through the app, my first time using the Wendy's app. I bought oatmeal cookies, drove up to the store, and there was a road closed sign, so I could not get my cookies. The next day, I went to the same store to redeem my purchase that I made yesterday online. The cashier leaned over the counter and I explained to her why I was there. She called me to the manager, I explained to her the situation that happened yesterday and that the store was closed. She was inattentive and the assistant manager is going to say it's not our problem and we were arguing and there were people inside eating.
