As long as the game that will be launched is linked to the steam account that this game(s) belongs to, and as long as there is a steam client on this computer, the games will work normally.

However, if you are going to allow another person to borrow your account, you, as the account owner, are 100% responsible for any games, trading items and real money invested in the account

As long as your friend is playing single-player games, this is fine, but don't let him trade items or (if you have a credit/debit card/PayPal/etc.linked to your account) buy games without your permission.

To play without barriers and with the fear that you may be banned again, I recommend that you buy a ready-made account. On https://accfarm.com/buy-steam-accounts look for what purchase options are available. I have used such an account for a long time and I recommend it.
