Of course, toys are beneficial for kids. They make them more active, and games like puzzles help the learning process.

You're right, but I think the biggest benefit is that toys are the best way for kids to express their energy and sleep better. For that reason, I bought a wooden playground on this website (https://goodevas.com/), and I can see the progress already. My daughter started sleeping more peacefully after a week, and it doesn't take her hours to fall asleep, so I'm pretty pleased with my purchase.112

Toys are a good way to simulate learning for children. You can buy some of the best educational toys at Name Train Depot (https://nametraindepot.com.au ) right now. I bought toys from there, and they were useful for my kids.

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me what interesting puzzles there are for older children that can also be suitable for adults?

Hello, I want to say that currently there are many interesting puzzles that are suitable for all ages of children, as well as for adults, for example wood mechanical puzzles (https://woodtrick.com/). A mechanical 3D wooden puzzle is a simple-looking, but very exciting toy for craftsmen of all ages - starting from three years old. Such a puzzle develops imagination and fine motor skills, which is good not only for children, but also for people of many professions, including surgeons.
