Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Ingredients
Super easy! Tastes and smells heavenly

Ingredients:

Cauliflower
Garlic
Parmesan Cheese
Basil leaves (or parsley)
Olive Oil
Salt
Black pepper

Method
Preheat oven at 230 degrees C (450F). Wash and break cauliflower florets with your fingers (becomes easier if you detach the cauliflower base first). Then in a pan, mix the florets with 3 tbsp of olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and black pepper. Mix well so that all the florets get covered with oil.

Grease a wide baking dish and put all the cauliflower florets in it. Place the baking dish in the oven for 20 min. Then open the oven, add cheese and basil leaves over it, and cook for another 5 min. Your roasted garlic cauliflower dish is ready!

Enjoy!

(Tip: I have used regular Amul cheese, so use whatever cheese you have. You can put as little cheese as you want, because roasted cauliflower laced with garlic also tastes very nice. Adjust the salt based on the cheese you are putting, since cheese has its own salt. And instead of crushing the garlic pods, you can also dice the garlic into really small pieces for a different texture in the mouth.

Also I made the mistake of mixing the florets with oil and garlic in the final baking dish itself and that is why it caught the sides. So better to mix in a separate container and then transfer to the baking dish. Having said that, burnt crusted garlic on the edges tastes yum! :) )

(Tip: Be watchful when you cut cauliflower, since there could be worms, especially during monsoon time)
