Simla mirch besan ki subzi (capsicum vegetable)


Ingredients
Capsicums are an excellent source of vitamin A and C and a good source of dietary fibre

Ingredients:

Simla mirchi (capsicum or green peppers)
Besan (chana aata or gram flour)
Rye (mustard seeds)
Hing
Chilli powder
Haldi powder
Salt
Oil

Method
First dry roast chana flour in a pan (1 tbsp of
Chana aata per capsicum) for about 3 minutes and keep on the side.

Heat oil in a pan and sautee rye, kadi patta and hing. Then add pieces of capsicum, roasted chana aata, red chilli powder, haldi powder and salt. Cover the pan and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Uncover the pan and mix the spices. Cook for another minute. Your shimla mirchi ki subzi is ready.
