Mung Aloo Raita (mung potato raita)

Ingredients:

Dahi (yogurt)
Sabut Mung (whole mung)
Potatoes
Onions (optional)
Red chilli powder (or crushed green chillies)
Jeera powder
Salt

Method
Soak sabut mung overnight. Boil soaked mung. Boil potatoes and cut into pieces. Chop onions.

In large bowl, whisk dahi and add boiled mung, boiled potato pieces and chopped onions (you choose how much of each). Add red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt to taste.
