Garlic dip


Ingredients
Easiest dip to make, very tasty, always a hit!

Ingredients:

Dahi (yogurt)
Garlic
Kaala namak (black salt) or regular salt
Oregano (optional)
Lemon (optional)

Method
Hang 4 cups of yogurt in a fine cloth for 2 hours. (Note that quality will reduce to 1/4 after water has drained out). Mix 1 tsp mashed garlic, 1 tsp black salt, 1/2 lemon and 1/2 oregano. Add additional salt and lemon to taste. Your dip is ready.

Garnish with oregano and enjoy with carrot and cucumber sticks or chips.

A hit at any party!

(Tip: If you are running short of time, instead of hanging the yogurt for 2 hours, simply hang it for 10 minutes and squeeze out the excess water with your hands)
