Grilled Potato Toast


Ingredients
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Onions (optional)
Oil
Dhaniya jeera powder
Red chilli powder
Haldi powder
Salt

Method
Saute chopped pieces of onions. Once brown, add chopped tomatoes and pieces of boiled potatoes. Add dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli, haldi powder and salt. Cook for 10 minutes. Your filling for the potato toast is ready.

Grease the toaster and place a slice of bread in it. Then add the filling in the center and cover it with another slice. Grease the top side of the sandwich. Grill the sandwich for a few minutes, changing sides intermittently.

Enjoy with ketchup or chutney! Perfect for teatime. Also perfect as a Picnic snack.
