Chunky Guacamole Dip
Very easy, very healthy, goes perfectly with nacho chips
Ingredients
Avacado has many health benefits including regulating blood pressure and reducing inflammations (arthritis)
Ingredients:
Avacado
Onions
Tomatoes
Corriander leaves
Garlic
Lemon
Salt
Method
Scoop avacado and mash it lightly to keep it chunky. Then add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, corriander leaves, salt and lemon and mix well. Your chunky guacamole dip is ready!
Best enjoyed with nacho chips!
(Tip: you can also add it on toast, or between two bread slices for a filling meal)
