Beetroots
Potatoes
Fine bread crumbs
Salt
Jeera powder
Chilli powder
Aamchur
Garam masala
Mint leaves
Corriander
Method
Mix shredded beetroots, potatoes, and fine bread crumbs with salt, jeera powder, chilli powder, aamchur, garam masala, mint leaves and corriander. Coat cutlet balls with corn flour paste and roll in bread crumbs. Shallow fry.
Enjoy with green chutney!
