Black bean (chauli) chaat


Ingredients
Very healthy, very easy, very filling - A great evening snack

Ingredients:
Black beans
Chopped onions
Khajur
Imli
Salt
Chaat masala
Lemon
Corriander

Method
Soak black beans for 4 hours, boil for 20-25 min

Mix with chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, meethi chutney (khajur and imli), add salt, chaat masala and lemon to taste. Garnish with corriander.
