Bhindi ki subzi in 6 min flat!


Ingredients

Ingredients:
Bhindi
Salt (~2 tsp)
Haldi
Red chilli powder
Dhaniya
Jeera powder
Aamchur powder
2 tbsp oil

Method
Cut 1/2 kg bhindi in a microwaveable plate, add salt (~2 tsp), haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya and jeera powder, aamchur powder and 2 tbsp oil. Do not stir yet.

Cover plate and microwave for 2 minutes. Now mix it all together and cook again for 2 min. Now again mix the mixture and cook again for 2 minutes. Mix it all and your Bhindi subzi is ready to eat in just 6 minutes!
