Vaghaareli Rotli (Roti ki subzi)

A delicious snack made instantly with left over rotis!
Ingredients:
Left over rotis
Onions (optional)
Tomatoes (optional)
Dahi (optional)
Salt,
Haldi
Red chilli powder
Kadai patta
Rye
Hing
Method
Tear rotis into pieces. Then heat oil in a pan, sautee rye, kadipatta, hing and onions. Once onions are brown, add tomatoes. Then add 2-3 cups of water (for 4 rotis). Once boiling add rotis, then 1 cup dahi and stir well. Your dish is ready. Garnish with corriander leaves.
Perfect as an evening refreshment or a hot morning breakfast!
(Best part is, you can make this dish without onions, tomatoes or dahi, and it will still taste really good! 😊)
