Instant Khakhra in under 2min


Ingredients
Perfect tea time snack, and healthy since made with home-made rotis

For a diet version, you can skip the ghee on the khakhra, and mix chaat masala in yoghurt as a nice dipping sauce.

:

Leftover Rotis (fresh rotis are just as good)
Ghee
Chaat masala
Yoghurt (optional)

Method
METHOD:

Heat tava and roast a leftover roti on a slow flame. Keep pressing the roti with a cotton cloth and flipping it occasionally. Make sure that the edges are well-pressed. Your khakhra is ready.

Coat it with ghee (or oil or butter) and sprinkle chaat masala.

For best taste, enjoy khakhra with yoghurt!
