Creamy tomato sauce

This sauce is so versatile, it can be used for Butter paneer masala or Sizzlers. A variation of this can also be used as pizza and pasta sauce

Tomatoes
Onions
Cashews
Garam masala
Res chilli powder
Kasoori chilli powder
Garlic
Chilli paste
Milk

Method

PREPARATION:

Boil 4-6 tomatoes with 1/2 glass water in a cooker for 1 whistle. Grind and make purée. Add 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder.

Grind 1 cup of cashews. Heat 2 tsp oil and add the swivel tomato puree. Wait for 1 minute add the grinded cashews while mixing.

After 1 minute, add 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1.5 tsp salt, 1/2 kasoori chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garlic and chilli paste. Mix and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk after it is cooked. And it is ready.

(Tip: for pizza and pasta sauce, you can skip the cashew paste)
