Multigrain Pancakes - super healthy, super quick ... with a dollop with Icecream!


Ingredients

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup milk
A pinch of soda

Method
Add all the ingredients together and make a smooth batter. Add the milk a little at a time to make a pourable batter consistency. Put a few drops of oil to grease the pan lightly and pour the pancake batter. Let it cook for a few minutes and turn on the other side. Cook well on both the sides and remove once done. Can be served with honey, maple syrup, Icecream , whipped cream, choclate or strawberry sauce .

Special Note:
Batter can be made and kept for a day. Just add sugar and soda only at the time of cooking.
