Mango Lassi (Mango Smoothie)


Ingredients
A quick and easy refreshing drink, can be had before a meal, with a meal or even with a midnight snack!

Lighter than milk shake or aam ras, mango lassi is ideal social gatherings.

Method
Cut the mango into pieces. Blend 1/2 cup of curd, 1/2 a mango pieces and 1 tsp sugar in a blender. Add 1 cup of ice cubes or ice cold water and blend it again. Your mango lassi is ready.

Garnish with very small mango pieces and serve it cold. Enjoy!!

(Tip: You can add ice cubes or water depending on the consistency you like. Also keep the mango pieces for garnishing very small, else they will sink to the bottom)
