Mango Salsa or Salad


Ingredients
Quick, easy and delicious!

Works well as a salsa sauce, a salad, a sandwich spread or a wrap filling.

:

Ripe Mango
Onions
Capsicum
Corriander leaves
Green chillies
Olive oil
Black pepper
Rock salt

Method
In a large bowl, mix mango pieces, finely chopped onions, capsicum, green chillies and corriander leaves. Then add olive oil, black pepper and rock salt and mix gently. Your mango salsa is ready.

Chill and serve with nacho chips or a side dish.

Enjoy!!

(Tip: you can replace the green chillies with jalapenos.

For a more colourful dish, replace green capsicums with red capsicums.

If you prefer a mango salad, skip the spicy ingredients and add lemon to taste)
