Banana Strawberry Icecream ...in just 2 minutes!

Ingredients
Super quick, super easy, super healthy, super delicious!!

Recipe and making by my dear friend Kamal Dastoor Shanbhag (@shanbhagkamal)

A spontaneous visit to see a school friend's new house turned out to be fruitful in more ways than one. While showing us around the kitchen, and a special cold-press
juicer in particular, she mentioned how she could make icecream in just two minutes. Curious and excited, I asked her to show us how, which she so sweetly obliged. So here it is!

:
Frozen banana
Frozen strawberries
Maple syrup

EQUIPMENT:
Panasonic Cold Press Slow Juicer

Method
Freeze peeled bananas and strawberries ahead of time. Then crush frozen banana and strawberries in a special juicer. Transfer to a bowl, add maple syrup and whip it with a spoon.

Scoop into serving bowls, decorate with mint leaves and sprinkle chocolate chips, dates, walnuts or any other nuts and seeds of your choice.

Enjoy!!

(TIps: Maple syrup can be replaced with honey or any sweetener of your choice.

Good idea to have frozen fruits handy in the freezer to make an instant dessert at a moments notice. The excess icecream can once again be frozen in the freezer. Perfect to make with kids, by kids or for kids.)
