Delicious fruity salads, 3-in-1! Very easy!

1. Some fruit: strawberries/sliced peeled apples/sliced peeled pear (I would usually only pick one fruit, rather than mixing them up. If apple or pear, make sure the slices are long and thin)
2. Rocket (or some nice flavourful leaves - not iceberg)
3. Goats cheese (crumbled and chunks - can be done with a fork!)
4. Caramelised walnuts (roast walnuts on tava, add a little honey once the colour starts to change. Make sure when you take them off the tava you separate them so that they don't all stick together)
5. Garnish with seed mix to make it more nutritious and add some crunch (pumpkin/sunflower etc) - toast on tava
6. Balsamic vinaigrette (recipe in the previous post)
