-Minced garlic
-Very finely chopped onion
-Olive oil
-Balsamic vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
-Mustard (I like to use the Calcutta Kasundi mustard)
-Salt
-Pepper
-Honey (optional - if you want it a little sweet. Some people like to add honey if the salad has a salty cheese like feta)
Can use the same recipe but apple cider vinegar instead of balsamic for a different flavour!
