Ingredients
Very easy, very healthy, absolutely delicious!
Recipe and making by Anjali Dugar!
: For 6 small pancakes
1. 1 egg
2. 1/2 cup oats (roughly) (steel cut oats are the least processed - but they need to be soaked for a little while in advance. Rolled oats don't require any prep)
3. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
4. 1 banana (the riper the better!)
5. 1 tablespoon seed mix (I use a blend of ground flax, chia, and hemp) (this is ofcourse optional - just makes it more nutritious)
6. 1/3 ish cup almond milk (regular milk is fine)
7. Honey/gud/agave (add to taste - but err on the side of less as the pancakes are sweetened with banana. If using gud, I like organic powdered gud.)
8. Salt (a tiny pinch - but only really need it if using dark chocolate)
9. Crushed dark chocolate/blueberries (or anything you feel like - sliced strawberries, raspberries, grated coconut etc!!) (if using blueberries, I like to add them at end by decorating them on top once I've poured the pancake on the nonstick. That way the top of the berry cooks and almost caramelises when I flip the pancake)
