Bharvi Bhindi (stuffed bhindi)


Ingredients
A delicious and easy dish to serve guests!

:

Bhindi
Besan (gram/chana dal flour)
Dhaniya jeera powder
Red chilli powder
Salt
Oil

Method
METHOD (for 200gm bhindi):

Wash and wipe dry bhindi. Then cut off the edges and make a vertical slit from the side.

To make the filling, take 4 helpful tbsps of besan in a small pan. Mix 2 tbsp dhaniya jeera powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1/2 -1 tsp salt. Add 4 tbsp oil and mix well. Your filing is ready. Stuff the filling in each bhindi.

Now in a wide flat non-stick pan, lay out the bhindi and add 2 tsp oil over it. Cover it and cook it the bhindi on a very low flame for 10-15 min. Keep checking to see (The longer you keep it, the crispier it will get). Your bharvI bhindi is ready.

Enjoy!

(Tip: the masala itself can be enjoyed with rice)
