Non-fried Sabudana Vadas (sago pattice)

Sabudana
Potatoes
Peanuts
Ginger
Garlic
Geeen chillies
Corriander leaves
Oil
Lemon
Salt
Method
Soak sabudana for 5-6 hours with 3-4 cup of water 1 cup of sabudana. The sabudana should mash on squeezing. If not, then add water and soak for a little longer.
Mash boiled potatoes, mix crushed garlic ginger and green chillies, corriander leaves, lemon and salt. Then add soaked sabudana and mix well.
Grease your palms with oil and roll the sabudana mixture into balls. Then grease the paniyaram pan (generally used to make south-Indian paniyaram vadas) and place the balls in it. Cover the pan and cook on slow fire for 10 min on either side (keep checking).
Your non-fried sabudana vadas are ready! Enjoy them with green chutney.
