Methi shakarpara (Namkeen)


Ingredients
Fairly easy and yummy! Perfect with drinks or a cup of tea

Ingredients:

Wheat flour
Maida (all purpose flour)
Methi leaves
Dhaniya jeera powder
Red chilli powder
Haldi powder
Salt
Oil

Method
In a pan, mix 4 cups wheat flour, 1 cup maida, 1 cup cut methi leaves, dhi Anita jeera powder, red chilli powder, haldi powder, pinch of hing, salt and 4 tbsp oil. Knead it into a slightly firm dough. (Maida helps in making it crispy)

Then roll the dough into flat rotis. Then poke holes with a fork and cut them into diamond shaped pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pieces. Your methi shakkar para is ready.

Enjoy with tea!
