RAGI DOSA (Ragi is also called Millet or Nachni)


Ingredients
Gluten-free, high protein, helps in weight loss, super-rich in calcium! Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner or anytime of the day.

Ingredients:

2 katoris ragi rice
1 katori urad daal
I tsp methi seeds (optional)

Method
Soak rice n daal over night( 6 to 7 hrs) make a paste like batter in the mixture. Leave for 6 to 7 hrs to ferment. Add 1 tbsp sugar (optional) and salt to taste.

Make the dosas and serve with either Malgapudi (traditional South Indian powder chutney)or Sambhar and coconut chutney.
