BHINDI KADHI (lady's finger curry)


Ingredients
If you like bhindi, you will Love it!!

Ingredients:

Bhindi (lady's finger)
Dahi (preferably sour)
Besan
Garlic
Ginger
Chilli powder
Haldi powder
Kadi patta
Salt
Oil

Method
Cut bhindi and keep ready. The heat oil in a wide pan and sautee jeera, kadi patta, garlic. Then add cut bhindi, salt and cover. Let it cook properly for 12-15 minutes and check.

For the kadhi, take 1 cup dahi, 1/4 cup besan, 3.5 cups water, pinch of haldi powder, salt and crushed ginger and mix well.

Once bhindi is cooked add the kadhi in the bhindi pan, keep stirring and allow it to reaching boiling. Your bhindi kadhi is ready.

Best enjoyed with bhakhri, or bajri ki roti (or rotla)!
