VEGETABLE BALLS Recipe | Starters and Snacks Recipe by radhikagirish |
| INGREDIENTS | dosa batter-2cups
vegetables like cauliflower,carrot,green peas and sweet corn.
ginger-garlic paste-itea spoon
for garnishing-
mustard-1 teaspoon
urud dal
green chilli(finely chopped-2 tea spoon
fresh curry leaves-1 table spoon
coriander leaves(finely chopped)-1 teaspoon
cashew nut(cut into pieces)-3-4 nuts
oil for cooking.
| METHOD | Cook the vegetables in little oil till they become tender.Put it in the dosa batter.fry mustard seeds,urud dal,cashew nuts,green chilli&curry leaves in oil and pourin the batter-veg. mixture.Add salt and mix well.Finally add the coriander leaves and mix thoroughly.Keep aside.
Take the pan with small round depression/moulds.Pour 1 teaspoon each oil in all moulds and pour the batter.Cook in medium flame on both sides till golden colour.
Serve hot with tomato detchup or mint chutney. This snack is a wonder ful one to give to the school going children since it has the goodness of vegetables in each balls. |
