  INGREDIENTS
ling thin brinjals-12kg
rice -12kg
dry coconut-100gms
peas 100gms
cashew 50gms
red chillies-14
curry leaves a few
salt to taste
urad dal-2tbsps
chana dal 2tbsps
corriander seeds-2tsps
garam masala-1tsp
hing a pinch
ghee 25 gms

  METHOD
1.heat a little oil in vessel
fry urad dal chana dal then add red chillies then coriander seeds curry leaves add hing and fry grind to a coarse powder along with the dry coconut keep aside
2.cook rice and keep side in a basin to dry
3.wash and cut brinjals into long pieces In a vessel heat oil and fry the brinjal pieces then add the powder we made earlier salt and the garam masala powder
4. now slowly add the rice little by little and gently mix
5.fry cashew in ghee and por in in the rice
