I always gave my baby homemade food. this way I knew what my baby was getting and he also got to know the real taste of foods. thus transitioning to real fruits, vegetables and cereals was easy.

Making baby foods at home is very healthy and full of nutrients. While ready made foods are easy to use but many of the nutrients get lost during the processing.
